just two years ago last November
when the inaugural International
Screwcap Symposium took place in
Blenheim. Since then, the screwcap
has moved from being a minority closure
in New Zealand to one embraced
by the industry with such enthusiasm
that it now seals an estimated 90% of
our wine production.
